The 8AN Braided Fuel Line Kit delivers 6.1 metres of heavy-duty nylon-stainless steel braided fuel hose with a 1.0cm inner diameter and 3-layer construction: outer nylon braid, stainless steel wire reinforcement, and CPE rubber liner. Rated to 2000 PSI burst and 500 PSI working pressure across -40 degF to 257 degF, it handles diesel, gasoline, and transmission fluid (excluding E85) in high-flow automotive fuel systems including turbine coolers, transmission lines, and oil return lines.

Install it in your fuel system and the 12 included 8AN swivel fittings thread up cleanly — 10 sealing rings provide a consistent leak-proof seal from the start. The larger 1.0cm ID accommodates higher flow rates than the 6AN variant, making it the right choice for performance fuel systems, high-output engines, and fuel delivery lines that need to move greater volumes without pressure drop.
