At 850-950kg/m3 density with Shore A hardness of 60+, these mats absorb impact from dropped barbells and weights while protecting your subfloor during every session.

Set them up once and build your complete lifting platform or dedicated workout zone — each 1m x 1m tile interlocks seamlessly with the non-slip textured surface keeping your equipment stable during deadlifts, box jumps and plyometric circuits. At approximately 42.3kg per tile, the weight keeps everything firmly in place even during the most intense training.
