The CORTEX SM-20 6-in-1 Power Rack replaces an entire gym corner with one compact unit that combines a Smith machine, half rack, cable pulley system, chin-up bar and dip station. The guided Smith bar moves smoothly through 10 height positions while the adjustable cable pulley with its 45kg weight stack handles unilateral and bilateral exercises at a 2:1 ratio. Whether you are squatting, pressing, rowing or doing cable flys, everything is in one place. The 16-gauge steel frame is powder-coated for durability and features J-hooks, safety spotters, and a multi-grip chin-up bar with two handle widths. The dip handles are height-adjustable and removable, and the foot plates fold so you can tuck the machine against a wall when not in use. Four weight storage pegs keep your plates organised, and the whole unit sits on a 203cm x 170cm footprint. Loaded with safety features including a 150kg-rated Smith barbell, 200kg J-hooks, 200kg safety spotters and 200kg pull-up bar, the SM-20 is built to grow with you as your strength increases. The cable system accepts both standard 25mm and Olympic 50mm plates, and the weight stack is adjustable so you can fine-tune resistance without loading the bar.
