The cast cement weight plates are plastic-coated to reduce noise and protect floors, with star-shaped nuts keeping plates firmly in place during use.
Slot the bar through the centre of each plate and tighten the star-shaped collars to lock everything down. The bar accepts standard 31-35mm hole weight plates, so you can scale the load from 2.5kg up to the full 10kg per dumbbell as your strength improves. When storage space is limited, the set separates into individual bars and plates for compact packing.
Whether you are targeting triceps, biceps, shoulders, or the full body, this set lets you train both arms simultaneously with balanced, sturdy equipment that will not shift or clatter during reps.
