A mesh-backed ergonomic seat with lumbar support takes pressure off your spine while you ride, and the adjustable forward/back lever lets you fine-tune your riding position. Variable Automatic Resistance (VAR) delivers 16 magnetic resistance levels, 12 preset programs, plus custom user and HRC programs to keep every session challenging. The large LCD console tracks time, speed, distance, calories, RPM, watts, and heart rate via hand pulse sensors.

Settle into the seat and feel it cradle your lower back through every kilometre — the mesh backrest lets air flow so you stay cool on longer rides while the 6kg cast iron flywheel maintains smooth momentum. Use the quick-release lever to slide the seat forward or back until your knees sit perfectly over the pedals, then pick from 12 programs to guide your effort. Transport wheels make it easy to reposition the 47kg unit between sessions, and the USB port means your devices stay charged throughout.
